Extended control retrofit

Control retrofit on a BAH1600 system for metallic evaporation with CVD postprocessing. In addition to replacing the existing system control and pumping system control with ATLAS, the cabling of the 30-year-old system is checked and restored to its original condition. The control cabinets and all system components are retained

Requirements

  • System will stay at customer site

Modifications

  • Replacement of system control and BPU100 with ATLAS

  • Cabling restored to original condition

  • Replacement of the existing gas control system by flow controllers
